中外文化交流中心创建于1998年，是直属中华人民共和国文化部专门从事中外文化交流工作的事业单位。
中外文化交流中心在中国各驻外使、领馆、文化中心、文化机构的大力支持下，全面致力于对外推广中华文化精神理念，展示中华文化艺术的魅力。
中外文化交流中心在世界各国驻中国使领馆，全国各省、市、自治区文化厅局，文化团体的友情协助下，引入世界各国优秀文化艺术，促进世界文化交流事业的发展。
中外文化交流中心每年都会与百余个国家、地区和城市的文化组织、机构合作，举办各类活动上百个，接待各地文化交流人员近千人。随着国内外文化艺术市场的日益繁荣，我们的整体实力正在不断壮大！中外文化交流中心始终视世界文化交流为己任！
Established in 1998, Center of International Cultural Exchange (CICE), a direct subsidiary under Ministry of Culture, People's Republic of China, is a comprehensive institution engaged in cultural exchange programs professionally.
Under the great support of worldwide Chinese embassies, consulates, culture centers and cultural organizations, CICE devotes itself to promoting Chinese culture to the world and spreading the charm of Chinese culture and art.
By collaborating with all the foreign embassies and consulates in China, networking with all the cultural departments of Chinese provincial, municipal and autonomous regions, and cooperating with many other cultural troupes and companies, CICE also aims at introducing international cultures and arts into China and promoting the world cultural exchanges.
Each year, CICE organizes over a hundred international cultural activities from various countries, regions and cities; receives about one thousand cultural exchange visitors from all over the world. With the booming of domestic and international culture and art markets, the overall strength of CICE keeps growing.
CICE has long regarded the worldwide culture exchange as its own duty.
